NJC PAY CLAIM 2020 : INITIAL OFFER REJECTED
LOBBY OF LONDON COUNCILS : THURSDAY 26 MARCH 2020 : 9-10AM
You will be aware that the initial pay offer made by the NJC employers was rejected by the joint trade unions.
The employers have decided to have a further round of ‘roadshows’ with each region to discuss this further before potentially coming back with an improved offer.
The London roadshow is taking place at London Councils on Thursday 26 March at 10am. As previously, we believe we should lobby this meeting to show the employers how strongly we feel about offering our members a decent and long-deserved pay award. We will be asking other trade unions to join us.
We are asking that as many branches as possible attend the lobby with banners, flags etc. You are asked to arrive for 9am so that we can lobby the employers/councillors as they turn up for the roadshow at 10am.
