The Regional Black Members Committee invites you to attend an Immigration Symposium.

With key speakers, networking opportunities and refreshments!

The symposium is an important opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge needed to stand up for stronger rights, and real equality for all migrant workers. Join us at the forefront of this crucial and ever changing fight.

Exploitation and discrimination is increasingly the reality for workers on visas or any status that engages immigration law. This presents us with a challenge already being taken on by many members, activists and regions across UNISON.

At this training and networking event, we want to share the learning from the experiences of organised branches, understand the newest legal changes that impact on workers, strengthen UNISON’s Migrant Worker Network, and learn about the mechanisms for members and branches to seek help and advice.

We look forward to seeing you there!
